Winter has already begun to make its entrance with shorter days and cooler weather, and soon it will again be time to start Christmas preparations. But what would Christmas be like without our annual Christmas concert in Bergen Cathedral?

Once again we mix new and old, as young aspirants who may be singing their very first Christmas concert, the Edvard Grieg Youth Choir and the professional singers in the Edvard Grieg Choir gather for a concert. You will hear well-known and beloved Christmas carols, some of them in new costumes, as well as songs that have been written especially for the occasion - including »Imanuel«, a new piece for choir, piano and horn by Magne Skrede.

So come and join in creating a Christmas atmosphere in the cathedral this year too!
